Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery generally takes 5–7 business days depending on the destination.
THE REWA currently ships within India only and does not accept international orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, strikes, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. THE REWA shall not be liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@therewa.in.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
